My sister in law purchased a car from Mini in Kennesaw about 3 years ago. During a recent visit, they gave her a deal on another Mini. When it came time to pick up the new vehicle, the dealership missed 2 bald front tires on the vehicle. It became problematic when we were driving to Hartsfield Jackson airport when the front tire started making a loud noise. When we parked the car, the front tire split open. How do you miss two bald tires?
Terrible. Total misrepresentation on the internet and from the Sales Manager Andre. Do not buy a car from here unless you can put eyes on it before you buy and you read all the paperwork first. Make sure you get it checked out by another dealership first. I made the mistake of buying over the internet. Big Mistake.
be more honest and sell cars that work
We drive two hours to purchase an auto.. they sold the car before we arrived, that was okay.. But when we were told the car was sold we were never offered to look at anything else.. we were profiled as we could not buy.. little did they know we had the cash to buy.. I would not buy a bag of chips out of the vending machine at the dealership
Purchased a 2018 Mini January 12,2019 and still do not have the title to the car. Left messages with the GM and no retuned phone call. Very disappointing. Update, as of March 9, 2019 I still don't have my title. I recently bought a 2018 CPO Mini with all the options and I paid cash for it. Alan, the sales person, did a great job. The dealership has not provided a title or license plate within the 30 day allow by the state. I called the GM at the dealership and he told me "that they are within the law". Is that the case?
