They will call you in and promise you the world to get you there then after driving 4 hours to get there they show you a car and you really like it and then turn around and rub it in your face that they can’t help you after saying that they can get anyone approved because they have all types of banks for different types of credit which is all a lye just to get you in and then offer 6 to 7 thousand dollars less than your vehicle is worth. These people are unorganized and don’t care about anything but a sale. Don’t bother making appointments to look at a vehicle because apparently they mean nothing according to their staff. I drove 4 hours from Tennessee with an appointment to look at a vehicle which I was told I was the only one who had an appointment to look at. Awful experience!! sales person was great but i ended having a horrible deal, never going back!! after 8 years of loyalty to their dealerships they don’t care about their costumers, just want to take advantage of them
I will have to say that my 2 experiences was both good and bad... first off. Let me start with normally I trust this place. Today I went to a tire shop to get 4 new tires and discovered there were only two lug nuts on the back left tire. Man I was just in there for service last week and I went through a summer clinic last fall where the technician inspected the whole car with me and they said they couldn't get the tire to balance. The overall process of purchasing a vehicle from Mini of Kennesaw was great. However, today I went in for my first oil change. About a month ago, I came in for the same service, and was told to come back, because I wasn't quite ready for the oil change. I wasn't told anything else, except, "You're not due for an oil change just yet. We could still do it, but I'd feel like I'd just be taking your money." Didn't really like the dealership, if your not buying a car that day you mean nothing to them. And the car prices or not on the car so you have to go in the dealership it self to ask how much the cars are going for and I didn't like that. And the sales people are over aggressive!! Not good.
After paying 32,000 dollars for a used car I was informed after a month and a half that I was responsible for the taxes on the car that the bill of sale clearly states that I have already paid. Management could not even send the paperwork for the tag to my local tag office. Finally on the day the dealer tag expired my local tag office was able to solve the issues only with me still having to pay for the tag. I will never shop here or recommend any buyers to this dealership.
