Went to check out a car, was priced over KBB, called to make sure that they had some wiggle room. Well, get there and was treated like I had no idea of what the car cost, how they work, or how to drive! Ended up walking out after I was told “that will never happen” by Trey. Then was told that the car was being sent to auction, because they could sell the car, but 3 weeks later it’s still at dealer and they are still trying to sell over KBB. People at the dealership were nice, but the customers were the only ones there with masks on except the service manager. Sorry I need a dealership that follows some safety protocols.
UNETHICAL LIARS! Do not trust these guys! Mini of Kennesaw does not pay their bills. I sold my car over a month ago to them with a promise to pay in 20 days or less. They forgot to pay off my car and have done NOTHING but extend EMPTY promises (LIES) to pay. Now, they have my car and my money and I have NOTHING. Unemployed and suffering waiting for these deadbeats to do the right thing.
There is clearly a lack of communication between departments, management, and the customers. I’m just trying to save you folks the headache.

ONE OF THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCES I'VE EVER HAD. I ordered a part for my Mini on a Friday and after a week i haven't received any information, I've written 3 emails that were never answered, when i called after saying my name i was put on hold for 3 hours and they never answered the hold, the only information is that the money i spent was paid to them. do yourself a favor and never buy from them.
Service department. Bolts missing in top of engine and broken cosmetics under hood.
