They are a bunch of thieves. From Colombia I bought a screw piece that I need for a DS3 which has the same motor of a Mini and they now say that they dont have any kind of transation from me; they only lie, lie and lie. Please every body should know that MINI OF KENNESAW can not be trusted. Extremly bad service.

My husband and I drove for an hour and half to this dealership and met with a very hard working salesman who'd only been with MOK for three weeks. We arrived around 5:00 (they close at 8:00) drove three pre-owned cars and finally found one that we decided met our needs. I recently purchased a used vehicle from MOK. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience, which was very surprising given the brand and Nalley name. However, they did not do what they stated they would repair after the sale of the vehicle. Nor did not honor the agreed upon 72 hour window to work through issues with the vehicle, which was only compounded by the fact that they do not allow a pre-purchase inspections. Buyer beware! Do not purchase a vehicle from any dealer that does not allow a pre-purchase inspection.

Alan, my salesman was amazing, he was incredibly kind and hospitable throughout my entire buying process and put me at ease immediately. Thank you for the good buying experience Alan! However..... whoever did the “inspection”, failed. I am beyond angry. Do not buy the extended warranties, total waste of money.Sold me a 6 year/100,000 mile warranty that turns out to be only a 2 year. 6 year starts when car was first sold. totally misleading.
Sales department is great - Service Department is horrible - customer service is not their priority at all.
So you only have one chance to make a 1st impression. We received a letter about a recall/repair that needed to be done on my 2018 Mini, bought from Mini Kennesaw. My husband asked about an oil change, was told both could be done, and James made an appointment for me today (7/6/18). We chose a day I was off work, made special arrangements to take the puppy to doggy day care ($30) and I set off on my 17 mi one way trek from Smyrna to Kennesaw. The customer service I received from the service department was appalling. I brought the car in to have a bumper guard installed. I was there over three hours for an oil change, and told to come back the next day for the bumper guard. The following morning I called ahead and was told to come in, but when I arrived, they said the part had not come. Sooo... I built my Mini from the ground up, had to wait for it to be shipped. So basically this is a brand new vehicle. 1. Ok, great they smile in your face and act as if you are family. 2.
