On 9/24 we called in and made an appointment to see a particular car that we seen on their website. When the dealership opened on 9/25 an hour before our appointment we got a call ( I think her name was veronica ) confirming our appointment for that particular car. When we walked in to get the car we were told it was already sold! Horrible customer service in the service department. I gave them a second chance reluctantly and they proved it yet again. I verified my appointment on Friday and that we had a newborn and would require a loaner and was told not a problem. I arrive at 7:45am on Monday for an 8am appointment. The service guy seemed like I was bothering him and had no personality at all, didn't even greet me. He told me he was in the middle of something and asked me to take a seat. 2 1/2 months since buying a used 2012 Toyota Sienna Van from here and still no tags. They charged me $600 for doc fees that is said to be included already on the vehicle pricing. I stated to the salesman and sales manager both that i wanted the brakes to be reinspected because there was a vibration when applying them but was denied both times and told they pay their techs $125/hr so they do a top-notch job on inspections. Don't purchase a car from there and then expect to get decent service from the service center. I'll be visiting one of the other dealers on the area from now on.

Awful experience. I was Lured to the dealership by Bailey with a preapproval offer that didn't exist. What a waste of time and gas and my Saturday.
My rating would be 5 star if I could only get the tag for my car as promised, bought a used Mini back in March of this year, my drive out expires in 3 days....left several messages no one returns my calls. Time is running out. as far as my salesman Brett he was great. But as far as other people at the dealership returning your phone calls AFTER you buy, they pretty much fail at this.
If you take your mini to the service department in Kennesaw they will keep it for weeks and come up with problem after problem and give you the run around. They do not stand by their product. They say it's common for everything to brake and leak before your mini has 70k miles on it. Love the car but will never own something a company doesn't stand behind!!!
