Beware of the recent graduate discount. Apparently, it doesn't apply to graduate degrees. I ordered my Mini Cooper Coupe S as a graduation present for my MBA, but Mini of Union City (now Kennesaw) wouldn't give me the $500 credit. Not happy.
Can I give less than one star? My mini is a piece of crap. After spending $3700 in repairs plus another $1500 before I got my junk to MOK. On the way home I had a plastic piece just blow off going down the interstate. My car had water damage and the fuse box was shorted out. MOK couldn't tell me where the water is coming from and I still have to deal with the leak. I'll never buy another Mini. I asked Sons Automotive to help me out. They Didn't. The buying experience for daughters first car was fine but that's all wiped away now that car needs new engine after only 3 months of light driving! Bought 2008 Mini Copper in Oct. Yeah, used cars come as is so no recourse I get it. Two different mechanics said needs new engine...$5K and spent $10K on car. Not sure how that can happen so quickly. Will be towing it back to our driveway to sell shortly for whatever can get.
Unresponsive dealership. Bought and had serviced MANY cars over the years. Had a bad experience and let them know it through a survey, phone calls and emails. As of yet, three months later, no contact with me. But they certainly have time to throw parties, email me about crap I could care less about, etc. How about doing something Customer Driven instead of just marketing to me? Ok, so initially my anger at not getting my daughters dream car fixed totally after a catastrophic oil leak by Mini of Kennesaw I am now devastated. I am positive the now unrepairable engine was damaged due to a recall failure. It was up to Mini of North America to cover the cost of the repair.. Despite a monumental effort on the behalf of Emma Gay the service manager and Eric the technician to fight for us, Mini Of North America have decided to not offer any financial assistance.
