I have purchased several new cars in my lifetime and this is the first time I have been totally at ease. Spiro was terrific, no pressure and he was very patient in explaining the features of the cars I was interested in. I never thought I would test drive a car in one minute and in the next few hours driving home with my perfect car!! All the staff especially Spiro Bogris was very knowledgeable and friendly with the whole process of purchasing a new vehicle. Would recommend the dealership to anyone who is even a little interested in finding out more about the Mini. I left feeling like a happy camper with my perfect car!!

Staff is amicable, knowledgeable, and professional. I found them to be helpful in determining my needs. I felt no pressure during my experience. Was looking for a new car for my wife found car on website called and got spiro on the phone we informed my about vehicle and asked if I wanted to come down to check it out . Came in with my wife and kids spiro had car out front ready for me to look at went on test drive . Came back and told him let’s do it . He wasn’t pushy at all trying to get me to buy he allowed me to make my decision. Suditi is a fantastic motoring advisor! I would recommend her and Mini of Dutchess county to anyone looking to purchase a MINI! She is professional, knowledgeable and excited about her job. Spiro and Mini of Dutchess County were very caring and professional. I flew to New York from Michigan and was picked up at the airport which was a great courtesy. The car was presented fully detailed and on a lift so that I could inspect it fully. Great care was taken to avoid any misrepresentation. Spiro understood that I am an auto enthusiast and set up the test drive route with that in mind.
