I really enjoyed my car buying experience with Suditi at MINI of Dutchess. She was very quick when getting back to me with answers to all of my questions I had! She was an absolute Joy to work with. Suditi made me few comfortable and secure throughout the whole process of purchasing my MINI Cooper Clubman S. Suditi Bala-Chin is by far one of the best sales people I've ever dealt with at a car dealership. She is knowledgeable, patient, very accommodating and funny. She was an all-around pleasure to work with while trying to decide on which mini Cooper I was going to get. I wish Other dealerships in the area had such an accomplished staff as Mini of Dutchess County .
Dealership had great selection of cars and an extremely helpful group of salesman. I would definitely go back and recommend them to my friends and family.
I saw the 4 Runner on the lot and when I enquired about it, I was fortunate enough to be introduced to Ed Winter. We got out on a test drive right away and the next day we made the deal to purchase the vehicle (with my wife Marianne's blessing of course). Mike Tornatore was extremely helpful and caring as well. The next day, we finalized the deal with Lance Aiello and happily drove off into the sunset. The overall experience was really enjoyable. Happy people helping others; what could be better? I could get used to it.
