I had a tire that needed repair. Not a major mechanical issue, but one that would have caused major inconvenience - I needed the tire repaired quickly. The tire needed to be replaced, and the service rep made sure we got the the order in in time to get the tire changed that day, and shepherded it through the shop to make sure it was done by the time promised. Completely in keeping with previous experiences with this dealership. I recommend them highly.
My wife and I purchase a new BMW 320i from Ben Allen earlier this month. We are located in North Carolina but found our perfect car on the lot at BMW of Annapolis. It was one of only 2 cars with those options in the US. I spoke with Ben Allen over the phone and we were able to iron out the deal quickly. Dan was great to work with. He was patient with my many questions and found the perfect car for me. Once the car arrived he spent a great deal of time going over the car in great deal. When you invest in a car with a lot of bells and whistles its nice to know how to use them!
I bought a new 3 series form Dylan Rausch at BMW Annapolis this week and could not be happier! I work with Robin Harris in last few weeks. She is Internet Sales Professional. Her willingness and professionalism were obvious within every phone call or email that she forwarded me. He answered my questions directly and I never felt he pressured me to buy features I didn't need. He gave me excellent advise and I trusted him. This is my second new BMW.
