What you could do to improve your company is to stop trying to rip off your customers by telling them they need repairs that they do not, in fact, need. Your service people told me I needed $3500 worth of repairs that were not at all necessary. And now you continue to send me emails telling me I still need those services. You are scam artists! No one should take their cars to you and I’d say that goes double for buying a car from you!

"Butch Madayag sold me a beautiful Mini!" From the very first conversation, Butch had a positive attitude. We told him about a price on a mini we'd seen elsewhere and he got to work showing us cars. Turned in lease Mini of Concord hit us for over 300 dollars because the front tires had "excessive wear" even though the lease was turned in under mileage. Car was serviced regularly at Mini of Concord, it was never suggested that we rotate the tires. Very frustrating to have to pay so much when turning the car in.

I contacted Mini Concord through their website to purchase a Mini Cooper S. I had very few requirements, however it was important to have a 2 year lease at a good rate. After several emails exchanged from the sales representative, the tone became shorter in nature and the standard of the content was poor. I was pushed continually to put more money down without providing any rationale. Bought my 2015 MINI there, sales personnel was fine and I love this car.Things went bad when I showed up to their "second date" service appointment. "My date", Robert, wasn't there, he didn't even work on that day and completely forgot about it. I was glad that I kept his email confirmation as proof, so other people helped me. I lived 30 miles from the dealership, Robert told me they would provide $50 gas card to me, otherwise, I wouldn't go. NEVER get the card. I had been looking on the Internet for a mini convertible for sometime when I found what I wanted at the right price at Mini of Concord. Everything was as advertised on the website: car configuration, pricing, financing. When I went there to buy the car Jason was prepared; the deal was very smooth and did not take very long. The only ding against this dealer is they do not have any service people available on the weekends. So they could not put the bonnet stripes on the mini (hey, this is important stuff). We bought our MINI from MINI of Concord and have had consistently poor service while the car has been under warranty. We took the car in (for the second time) after because there were issues with the car starting properly, with a poorly heating seat, and with the cruise control. They fixed the heated seat, which was nice. They said that the problem with the cruise control simply shutting off periodically could not be replicated and there were no fault codes.
