Before heading to Mini of Concord I compared other 3 other bay area mini dealers' site to find one stock item that suit my need. Mini of Concord is the only one not only showing MSRP pricing. Jason was not at all pushy and absolutely no "car sales" talk. Price and Specs are exactly as advertised at web site. He also followed up with my questions after I have my mini for weeks. When i called for parts their staff was very helpful and friendly. highly recommended.

I had a wonderful experience with Mini of Concord. The staff was extremely helpful and professional. All of my questions were answered directly. The financing options were fantastic and I couldn't be happier with my new Mini. I would highly recommend Mini of Concord to anyone looking to buy/lease a new car.

Just fantastic service. Patient, knowledgeable, not at all pushy - stayed quite late on a Sunday to facilitate two sales. We did our homework, pricing was extremely fair. We probably drove a dozen different cars to find the right ones, and always came back to a smiling, ready and willing to help Claro.

We recently purchased a Mini Cooper from Mini of Concord and consider ourselves lucky to have been served by Donna Osowski. She was perceptive and quickly recognized that I am the pragmatic one and that my wife is the financial queen! I appreciate that she allowed me to answer all of my questions about the many different features available by letting me test drive several cars, new and used. I spent several months and a couple visits talking with this dealer before I decided to buy the Mini. When the exact car & color that I wanted came in, he called. Making a deal was fairly simple, the trade-in was fair. It was an easy & enjoyable experience. I love my Mini.

Buying this car was a ton of fun. Pre-purchase, I made multiple visits to the dealer, I received immediate, helpful, friendly service every time. Jason was very instrumental in helping me make some final choices. Ordering was a quick, fun, breeze and on delivery day, I was trained on all the functions of this new toy. A blast ! I hand out Jason's card every chance I get.

Jason was very informative and helpful. There was no pressure on the sale and he went out of his way to be accommodating. He answered all my emails promptly and even returned my call on his day off. Great service. I recommend Jason to anyone looking to purchase or lease a mini.

Jason was easy to talk with. No pressure and and happy to help with all my questions. Even on days I came when Jason was not there, there were always plenty of people ready to help and answer questions. The ordering process went off without a hitch and the delivery/pickup day was a pleasant experience.

"What you could do to improve your company is to stop..." What you could do to improve your company is to stop trying to rip off your customers by telling them they need repairs that they do not, in fact, need. Your service people told me I needed $3500 worth of repairs that were not at all necessary. And now you continue to send me emails telling me I still need those services. You are scam artists! No one should take their cars to you and I’d say that goes double for buying a car from you!
