"Great Service" Preston was so helpful in explaining everything about my service visit, and even helping to navigate maintenance plan ins and outs, etc. And when it looked like I would need to come back for some finish work, he offered to have a loaner brought to me to help make it easier for service to be completed. Very helpful!

"Great Service " The only place I go for an oil change. I know that it will get done right with the proper oil and the right amount. On top of that my car always comes back washed and cleaned which is a nice plus. Preston and the rest of the service department are always helpful and prompt on communication.

"Excellent service visit." Once again, Preston arranged for a thorough, timely, and accurate service visit, including routine oil change, etc, inspection, electrical checkup of the light systems, and a wash. I can always depend on him to arrange for all the necessary components. The service department is efficient and skilled in providing all of the requested service in a timely manner. It is definitely worth the time to bring my car to Otto's where I am assured of excellent service.

"Maintenance Service " I always receive good service from Otto's. I appreciate having the option of a loaner car especially now when I work in health care and getting time off is not available. The only thing that I miss is the dealership being in Exton because it was much closer to my home and work.
