They didn’t seem to expect me, were confused about a loaner car, seemed to have restrictions on being able to wait for the car. This weeks visit was 100% better. "Dependable service" Under the present circumstances, it's good to know that when you really need help, Otto's service department is dependable and considerate. Only needed a tire fixed, but they made sure to get me in quickly and took care to make sure it was done properly, and took care regarding cleanliness. Great job!

"quick" everything was done on time. good service. the only thing was two different make tires was put on, due to the time restraints probably because of manitory shutdown by state.

"Great Team " I was there to get my Countryman inspected. Turned out that my insurance had expired. Preston and the team were very patient while I got the situation corrected and a new insurance card faxed to them. They inspected the car and sent me on my way. Even with all that happened with my insurance I was out of there in a little over 2 hours. I didn't even need to get the loaner that was waiting for me. Thanks so much for your patience and excellent service.

"Best. Service. Ever." Preston and his team took care of me like was the only customer they had. From check-in to my Lyft back the office, everything was top flight, including a real-time explanation of the services performed on a video while my car on the lift. They even fixed my gas cap - complimentary. And all of this in the middle of a pandemic!
