"Preston is great" Preston was really patient in helping me get my car repaired and going over everything that needed repair. Also he and the manager made sure to bring my car back to my home to minimize my risk for the virus. They really took time to go through everything with me and making sure I was comfortable with all the repairs. I want to keep Preston as my service provider.

"Coronavirus can't stop us from buying our new mini!" We were pretty set on buying a mini cooper from Otto's Mini and had just about picked a car when coronavirus hit. Pete, our sales agent, stayed in touch with us via email throughout the pandemic and when we had chosen the car we wanted (via the website) Pete put a hold on it for us. "Electric Mini Preorder" I preordered an electric Mini in December and Pete got back to me right away and brought me into the showroom to test drive and decide on details. Pete kept the communication lines open for the next few months while I waited. He always answered my questions right away and never seemed bothered. "absolutely wonderful" I needed an oil change and inspection during the covid-19 social distancing, and everyone at Otto's was so professional , friendly and safe. I was pleased to see everyone was wearing a mask, and sanitizing anything that was touched.
