"There’s a reason this is my 3rd Otto’s MINI" This is my 3rd MINI from Otto’s and my 2nd purchased through Michael. I keep coming back to this dealership because of their service at the time of sale and beyond.
"OUTSTANDING AGAIN!" I came in for a test drive event, and while there were some logistical snafus, Mike Dixon (my regular sales rep) was there to save the day. "Excellent Sales Experience" I was looking to upgrade my 2015 Mini when I met Michael Dixon. Michael informed me of a new JCW 301 HP Countryman that was ordered and on the way to the dealership. Wasn't sure I wanted to jump up to a JCW. Michael was very pleasant to work with having all the knowledge needed to inform me of the benefits of a 301 HP car! "Quick, pleasant and painless" I arrived at 9:30 am and was out the door with my new Countryman at noon! Working with Pete was great. I've been going to the Otto's service department for a decade, and my experiences there have always been good as well.
"Happy car buying experience" Very nice dealership that appears to be in expansion mode. Due to a recent hiatus in importing manual transmission Mini’s, it was kind of a scramble to get the model we were interested in but they secured what might be the last manual transmission cooper hardtop in North America. "Over abd above expectations" The waiting room was quiet, comfortable and inviting. Time was taken to answer all my questions and bumper was replaced because of fading. Very surprising.
