"Still classic service" Purchased my Mini Coupe from Otto's in 2007 and will haven't even considered taking it somewhere else for service needs. Otto's Mini has always provide the best, prompt service...period. Thank you for excellent car care.

"Easy to do business with !" The closest Mini dealer from where I live is 2 hours away. We started our search on the internet and found that Otto's was the best website to get info from. "Easy to schedule loaner car perfect" I am a mini owner so by definition a little "difficult" it was simple to schedule my service on time, I received text and email reminders. When it was time for my appointment, I was checked in and able to work in the waiting area. The waiting area is great, quiet, drinks (water, juice, coffee, etc) and healthy snacks! My cars was done on time as promised. Follow-up parts were needed and I received a great clubman S as a loaner! The loaner was clean, full of gas, no wasted time or effort.... read more

"Car is exactly what I wanted!" I recently traded my 2010 MINI Convertible in for a 2017 Hardtop Cooper S. Otto's was the first place I was going to start my search and it ended up being where I got my car. Kyle was very pleasant and easy to work with. He even helped me get reacquainted with a stick shift, which I hadn't driven for 8 years, before taking it home. Growing up, I was always told to avoid dealerships like the devil, but since being a MINI owner I have only had good experiences (and fair prices) at Otto's.

"Extremely knowledgeable and helpful" It is obvious that Kyle Brown knows and loves cars and especially Minis. He was terrific to work with, and he got me in exactly the car I wanted.
