"steering and inspection" Preston was fantastic - went above and beyond. The whole experience was very positive - also really appreciated the coffee and snacks, as well as the computer work stations.

"Oil change and New Tires " Continually blown away by the professionalism, hospitality, and quality that Otto's Mini provides. Went in for an oil change and to have two new tires put on. They kept me updated through out the whole process and where incredibly quick and efficient. It's weird to say but always a pleasure to have to bring my car in for service with Otto's Mini Family! Thank you Preston for all you do to make the Mini ownership experience an enjoyable one.

"Otto's Mini has been nothing short of amazing" Since my first experience with Otto's, I have been hooked. Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. Most of the time I show up in my lazy day clothing, feeling a little underdressed at a beautiful dealership, but I have never once felt like I am any less important than the "well dressed" customer sitting next to me. They go above and beyond what they need to. I live an hour and a half away and still recommend Otto's to everyone I know!

"Everybody was extremely wonderful and very customer oriented" The only complaint I have for Ottos is that it is in Westchester and I live in the northern suburbs it is quite far. Service was extremely good though.
