"Exceptional personal service" This was the first time having service done on my 2019 Mini. While the places I had gone in Lancaster County with my other cars all had "good" service, this place was a notch above. They went out of their way to get answers for my questions and to hunt down the things I wanted to buy.
"Service for Mini" They were efficient and the work was completed quickly and correctly. The waiting area was comfortable and the amenities were satisfactory. I would recommend the service department
"Brand Loyal!" My experience at the Otto MINI dealership was smooth and pleasant. I felt like the staff were genuine and that they really could back up their experience with this brand. Preston is top notch because he is friendly, efficient and always provides me with all the information I need to make good quality decisions about my car (plus he even laughs at my jokes!). "Friendly and competent customer service" The new location is closer for me. Good to see Preston went with the new location. I like the information on the status of wear on car components (tires, brakes, etc.)

"Sceduled and unexpected maintenance" I have been using Otto's MINI since I bought my car in 2011. The staff have always been attentive and friendly. My routine maintenance and oil pan gasket were done as described and in a timely manner.
