"The Good & the Bad" It appeared that your Service Department was swamped when I dropped off my Mini; so I wasn’t surprised that it wasn’t ready when expected (the Bad)... But your offer to deliver the car to my home was great (the Good). Hopefully, as the Mini portion of the business, gets reintegrated back into the facility; things will go more smoothly. "Great experience " Great experience purchasing a CPO’d Cooper S. I had something very specific I had been looking for. Pete Barcus kept an eye out for me and called me as soon as the car I was looking for became available. We easily worked out a fair deal, and the whole process couldn’t have been more seamless.
