"Great dealership!!!" Great time at Ottos Mini!!! We were looking at trading in 2 vehicles(Mercedes GL&2012 Courtyman) and scale down to 1. "Easy, honest, helpful, and friendly" I recently bought a used car from Ottos Minis. They had all the paperwork I asked for on hand. They worked with me on the price and financing. The costumer service reps were attentive and responsive. No one tried to feed me a line - if they didn’t know an answer to one of my questions the response was “let me go find that out for you”. Lastly, no request was too small. They really want to get you what you want.
