"Service has been better in the past, but it was still good." When I arrived to pick up my car there were no advisors in the area, had to wait about 5 minutes before someone approached me. I never had that happen before. Car was in excellent shape and service was great.

"Satisfied Customer" Otto's Mini goes above and beyond for its customers. The dealership is clean and tidy and employees are always friendly. A loaner car is available, if needed, in most cases. Pete, our salesperson, is awesome. This is the second car we've purchased from Otto's Mini and Pete. We worked with Pete to find just the right vehicle for me.

"Great service and problem solving." We had several hoops to jump though in trading in a car registered out of state and purchasing a car here without Penn. residency. Michael Dixon of Otto's Mini solved all the impossible problems, including taking charge with the insurance company, gave us a fair trade in value and sent us off the lot with our new (slightly used), well priced car, very, very happy.

"Pete made everything effortless!" I was in the market for a used car with AWD, preferably a Nissan Rouge. When I saw that Otto’s Mini had a used red one, I wanted to go check things out. What really sold me was Pete and his outstanding service. He was willing to any questions that me or my family members (who accompanied me) had. When titling the car, Pete was more than helpful since I live out of state. Overall, if I could give Pete more than 5 stars I would. Go check him and the awesome dealership out!
