"efficient and accurate" I brought my car in with a pulsing when braking and they gave me a loaner, diagnosed the problem quickly and had it ready, washed and vacuumed for me to pick up after work. preston explained the issue and charges to me clearly.

"Sales, pre owned" I purchased a pre-owned countryman mini (2016 with only 5300 miles, wow) as my two door mini was getting a bit tight. "A perfect new car purchase" September 2018, my first new car purchase at otto’s mini dealership in Exton PA. I went into this transaction anticipating the iconic car salesman swindle routine that ultimately only really benifits the dealership. Immediately upon entering the dealership My experience couldn’t have been further from that negative connotation. "We felt truly heard and authentically served" We visited several dealerships (different brands) and it was only at Otto's MINI with Derek Street where we were truly heard, having someone helping buy what you want and not what they want to sell you and this not only saved us time but made all much work work better.
"The expertise of the Salesperson" The expertise of the sales person, Michael Dixon, was outstanding! Along with Michael's overall 'at ease' demeanor, Michael made my wife and I feel extremely comfortable while making several difficult decisions regarding purchasing a new (used) vehicle. Also, all questions we asked of Michael were answered and explained thoroughly.
"Buying a car really can be fun." This is our third Otto's MINI and the second where we worked with Pete Barcus. The entire experience was hassle free. At delivery, Pete spent a great deal of time with us to be sure we understood and were able access all of the features of our new car. While they look small and simple, MINIs are sophisticated and complex vehicles. With Pete's assistance we are able to enjoy everything this car has to offer. We sincerely appreciate that.
