"I was so excited to buy this car!" Nothing puts me off faster than a hard sell. When I came to the dealership, I know I loved the look of the car, but I wasn't sure it was for me. Pete answered all my questions and shared his experience with his own mini. He found all the discounts and rebates that were relevant and got me a fantastic deal. Best yet, he's answered every mini question I emailed him within about five minutes. He's the best! So is my car!

"Quick and efficient" Found a used car on otto's website. Called the dealership, was put in touch with Michael. Just a few hours later I was test driving the car and scheduling the appointment to come back to purchase it. Michael was efficient and easy to work with. Made the process painless. Would definitely return there for a car in the future.

"Pleasant purchase" Friendly, informative, not pushy, negotiable, good product, good service department- overall pleased. First got mini serviced then drove courtesy car home and wanted to talk with sales person for new mini. Love my new mini. So many improvements. Loved my old 2012 "beach car"(ocean blue) and feel more secure and love as much new "beach car"(British racing green). Will be back to see what I want with my gift certificate to boutique.
