"Good buying experience" Pete made the purchase easy and corrected some of the issues with the used vehicle I was buying. When I needed AC service within a week of buying the car, he arranged service, and it was taken care of quickly.

"Voltage issue, fan blower was not functioning" I was a little disappointed that the battery was only charged, instead of replaced. It worries me that this will happen again. That being said, they noticed a bubble in the tire and replaced it, which was a good catch. Also rotated and aligned which was also great. Charlotte got me in very quickly (since my defrosters were non-functional causing me to be unable to drive in the rain) and gave me a fantastic 2018 Countryman loaner, which I THOROUGHLY enjoyed.

"Fair, Professional, and Easy" Michael Dixon, Chad Carey, Ryan Ressel, and the entire staff at Otto's Mini were fair, professional, and easy to deal with during the car purchasing process. Emails were answered quickly and phone calls were always answered or returned in a timely manner. The dealership is beautifully maintained and a comfort level was easily established. Other dealerships could learn from the example set at Otto's.
