"Easy, No Pressure" Bought our second Mini from Otto’s. Great experience. Stopped in without an appointment, received a friendly no pressure greeting. Was introduced to a salesman who was very easy to work with to get us the car we wanted with the payment we wanted. Michael Dixon was very easy to work with and made the experience enjoyable. All the staff at Otto’s was great! Definitely recommend them if you are considering a Mini.

"Love the service I get at Otto's MINI." I can't say enough about my car buying experience at Otto's Mini. Everyone was so nice and helpful and Pete my salesman was great and answered all my questions as well as really helped me get into the Mini that I wanted. I think I got a really good deal on my new 2018 Mini Cooper Countryman. Everyone at Otto's made me feel important and I am so happy with my new Mini. I would recommend to anyone interested in the Mini lineup of vehicles to check out Otto's Mini for themselves.

"Otto’s MINI Service 1, MINI assembly OXFORD, UK 0" I bought two new MINI’s at the first of 2018. Mine, I learned after a few days had a non-working A/C system. I made an appointment and brought in my F55 MCS 4 door. They offered and I accepted a loaner, a very nice new Countryman. Next day they called, all fixed. The problem, a valve in the A/C system was cracked and leaking refrigerant. They replaced the bad valve my car was washed and vacuumed and beautiful. "What a Breeze" Everyone at Otto’s Mini were absolutely amazing when it came to the car buying experience. Pete was very knowledgeable and helpful with anything I had questions about and really worked with me when it came to the buying process, from test drive to pricing and picking out the right car, and I ended up purchasing my perfect Mini Cooper Countryman! i would recommend everything that is in the market to purchase a Mini, to go to Otto’s! "Oil change and new tire. " Otto mini and specifically Preston provide excellent service. My only concern are the run flat tires. In two years I’ve had to replace two tires. I am not satisfied with theses tires but I love the service at Otto Mini.

"Attentive, accomadating & prompt" I was immediately approached and told what would be taking place. They had my loaner ready and made sure i was comfortable in the vehicle before i left the lot. They also suggested items that could be taken care of during the service appt. Very efficient!
