My tire was replaced under the protection plan I purchased with the car. While at the dealership, they also worked on an intermittent noise problem.
Everyone was polite and helpful. My Mini was serviced cleaned and ready to go on time. I didn't miss a beat while I was driving a 2018 loaner.
Your Otto's staff is very professional and helpful. I am pleased and will return. Like the digital updates but not a big fan of surveys in general. Thank you!

I had a major breakdown requiring a tow. A friend recommended I elect to have car towed here due to Otto's great reputation for customer service. I wasn't disappointed!! They came through with some great money saving advice that a std garage would not have known about, in my opinion. Sometimes tough to get through to on the phone though........must be busy.
Had a scuff and scratch on my bumper that I thought was covered on my dent warranty. It wasn’t, which was somewhat disappointing but they were able to take care of it quickly and for a pretty reasonable cost and also washed the car.
