"Totally professional customer focused treatment ." Danielle was our service assistant. There is always a level of confidence from the customer standpoint when dealing with her. She consistently outperforms ones expectations for a service experience. Detailed .. accommodating and focused on the customers most valued aspects.. time and money . "Excellent " Great experience!! Our salesman Matt Lipstein was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend him and the dealership to friends and family. Excellent!

"Very accommodating" Had a last minute service need before commencing a long drive. Service (Kevin) got me in and performed a critical repair on the A/C system that would have been a real problem had it failed during the 10 hour trip south into high temperatures. Also gave us a loaner to complete errands before our trip. Of course the repair was expensive but typical for Mini service needs. The waiting room is wonderful - eve had Starbucks coffee! Great service, great people, great automobile!

"Always great service" Everything was handled well. They discussed everything with me, and call me before commencing any work. Danielle was great. Just to note, I have my cars with Ray Catena group dealerships for the last 20 years, and never ever a problem.

"Mini of Monmouth - Best customer service" I have purchased/leased 2 vehicles from this dealership. My first mini was a convertible and now I have the Countrymen S. Love it! Matthew Lipstein is my salesperson. He is the main reason I returned there to get my second car. He’s the best! Kevin in service is most accommodating and so is the manager Kyle at this dealership. Cannot go wrong. Best car, best dealership and best customer service! AT

"Always Honest" I actually look forward to seeing the employees at Ray Catena Mini of Monmouth.when I take my mini in for service. Kind of like "Cheers". If I know it's going to be a while and a loaner is not available, I feel comfortable there occupying myself with their wifi, bagels and coffee. After the car is evaluated, a conversation takes place with honesty of what is needed in your car for safe driving. Thank you. Joanne Montgomery

"Excellent Service" This past Saturday I had my Mini Cooper Convertible serviced for the first time at Mini of Monmouth. The dealership where I purchased and previously serviced my car moved. I was so impressed with the treatment that both I and my car received! Grant Gretsky took care of everything for me! I will never go to another dealership. Looking forward to buying my next Mini there!
