"Always amazing service!" I stopped in without notice due to a low tire pressure indicator. Kevin took my keys and took care of my Mini Countryman. He took care to see what else needed to be checked. He kept me informed. Told me the car was being washed and would be done shortly. Danielle brought me my keys and invoice and I was back on the road! Great place to have your Mini serviced. They take care of everything without any hassle!

"Efficient and friendly!!! " Just a routine service of my Mini convertible It was done quickly, efficiently and Mini came back washed ! Friendly employees- very important in my opinion

"Service recall" The service department was very helpful, courteous, and efficient. I was able to use a loaner for part of the time that they had my car.

"Excellent Service w very little notice" I noticed that my passenger front tire was lower than the others. With less than 24 hours notice, I had an appointment @ Mini of Monmouth. They thoroughly checked the tire, found the problem (a valve stem that hadn't been tightened), and set my mind at ease, as I was preparing for a week of heavy travel. Thank you so much, Grant and the entire service team!

"Dani Is Always Awesome!" I have purchased many Mini Coopers from different dealerships and I will go nowhere else now; and I live in another state. Danielle is always so thorough, considerate and hard working. She is always willing to accommodate the customer’s needs, scheduling conflicts etc. Between Danielle and her team, I am reassured that my JCW Mini is in the right hands and treated well. "champagne service on my beer budget" I love this dealership from sales through service. My sales experience was great with Michael Sullivan and many of my service calls are with Danielle Hickman-Schmidt. Or as I think about them spa days for me and my car:)

"Love Mini of Monmouth" I bought a 2012 Mini Countryman in 2017. I had no idea that after the ease of the purchase (everything explained, questions answered, trade in fairly appraised) that this wonderful relationship would continue. ANY question I had were competently answered by my salesperson Mr Sullivan and/or the service person Danielle. ALL questions, large or small! Never having owned a Mini I had many questions. "Wonderful dealership and 1st rate employees!!" I have had my mini cooper serviced here quite a few times over the years.... can't say enough about the service mgr., Kevin Fitzgerald, and any employee that I've had the pleasure to talk to there as well...super professional, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous at all times... A+++ dealership!!
