"Service person was great" My mini needed a new battery, I made my appointment, met Danielle, the car was taken right on time. I waited in the comfortable waiting area no longer than 45 minutes.

"Efficiency and Thoroughness" Kyle and Whitney Hessert of Ray Catena Mimi of Monmouth were accommodating, efficient and helpful with our purchase of a new 2018 Mini Countryman. Whitney's product knowledge guided us through the two models' test drives and deception to buy the Cooper Countryman. "Great Service" Had my car towed here, Daniella was accommodating, informed and keep me updated on the status of my mini. Even tho it’s a ways from my home I will diffinately return just for the trust factor of my vehicle.

Every question, concern, crazy issue I have ever had had been expertly handled by Danielle. No matter how small or insignificant or silly my concern she explains everything and or accompanied me to my car to show me. I am ever so grateful you have sure a wonderful service person employee.
