"Joy over Fear" I bought my first Mini from Mini of Monmouth and it was a wonderful experience. I had just finished paying off that car when a sudden rain storm flooded it and it was deemed totaled by my insurance adjuster. I needed a car quickly and was fearful of being in a bad situation. Matt Lipstein and the entire Mini team that helped me, Kyle, Kevin and Danielle turned my fears into a joyful experience! My new Mini Cooper red convertible has put a big smile on my face that won’t go away! I love it!??🚘

"Excellent, honest service! " We have three Minis and finally found a knowledgable dealership. From our initial experience in the order and purchase of our third Mini from Mike Sullivan to the service and repair of our other two Minis with Danielle Hickman-Schmidt, customer service is always the priority. "Mini of Monmouth... second purchase " Mini of Monmouth has excellent staff members. The vehicles are well engineered. The BMW three cylinder turbo engine and transmission provide good acceleration and a smooth ride. These cars are fun to drive.

"AWESOME!" I have been thrilled with the service at Mini of Monmouth. The last visit was an emergency visit with no prior appointment. I was in and out in 45 minutes! Amazing!

"NOT typical customer service" I've been using Catena in Oakhurst for scheduled service and warranty work since I moved here. I've been totally blown away each time. I almost look forward to going (free coffee and breakfast lol). Warranty issues were handled easily and maintenance priced reasonably. I'm not 100% sure I want my next new car to be a mini, but this service dept could end up selling me one. Outstanding.
