Everyone I encountered (including Gerard, who was moving cars on the lot when I first got there; my excellent Motoring Advisor, Steph; her sales manager, Victoria, et. al.) helped to make this a positive experience. There were a couple of unexpected obstacles — like when someone hit my car, the morning after it had been appraised for trade-in value — but everything was handled smoothly. I’m looking forward to many Mini miles with this dealership.
