After a week of used car shopping we walked into Mini N Scottsdale and were immediately greeted by Dallas Schnackenberg. What a refreshing change from all of the used car salespeople we had dealt with who were worthy of a Saturday Night Live skit!! I have wanted a Mini Cooper since 2002 and I finally went to get mine. I communicated with the online services about an Oxford Mini and was given 3 to look at. I went down to Mini North and met Dallas and the rest of the cool members she works with. Everyone was professional, nice and were there to answer any questions. I never felt rushed or persuaded to buy another mini. Dallas told me my mini was not available due to location reasons and she found the exact style to let me test drive. This is what GREAT customer service looks like!! Clean neat tidy folks working as well as service drop off area and waiting area. Solid communication through out the process. Much appreciated!!
The service is what I expected Scott my service advisor is a great guy my rental car was clean and ready for me when I arrived. The only issue I had was when I was getting ready to pay my bill the young woman behind the counter was on her cell phone and had a cup of coffee in front of her. I don't think that Scottsdale Mini Cooper let's their employees do this while they're on the clock.
A great purchasing experience with Dallas. Scott always takes care of me in Service. I recommend Mini North Scottsdale.
