I walked in South Bay MINI this morning and purchased MINI Cooper S. Alex Do was the sales person, and she was very kind and cooperative. I felt like she were working for me, not for the dealership. :-) I'm definitely coming back to South Bay MINI again and do business with her in the future.

Purchasing a 2010 Cooper S from South Bay Mini was a great and troublefree experience. The out the door price was as quoted. The car was prepped well and clean for pickup. Salesperson Alex Do provided excellent service from prior to purchase through post pick-up and continues to check up to see how the car is doing. The showroom is clean and customer service is among the best I've received at any car dealership.

If you shopping for a new car and the car you want happens to be Mini then you must go to South Bay Mini. I had the best car buying experience there. My salesguy Chris made the car buying process enjoyable and stress free. He was very personable and funny yet very professional. He explained in detail every feature of my car and took the time to set up bluetooth and ipod for me. I give this dealership two thumbs up!

I was helped by Chris Yuseco. Having had experience in the new car sales process, I can say that Chris made this sale incredibly easy and fast. Instead of staying at the dealership for the whole day negotiating the price, I was able to get in and out of the dealership in a very short amount of time. I was very impressed with South Bay Mini and Ernie Munoz from the start. I came in inquiring about the lease special for the Mini Cooper hardtop. Ernie sat down with me and explained all the options in detail. He then took me out and showed me the different cars. He was very accommodating and patient, he did not push me to buy/lease a car or try to pressure me into leasing something that was out of my price range. I have never had a better buying experience. The idea of going into any dealership makes me uncomfortable but south bay mini is unlike any dealership i have been to. Paul was very helpful and knows his MINIS he also fun to be around . In all regards south bay mini was wonderful. I bought my mini on 11/19/10 and its a blast!!

Holy crap, that was the easiest time I've ever had buying a car! I had ordered a custom built car which came in exactly on schedule. When I walked in at the scheduled time to take delivery Drew, Alex, and team were ready to rock and roll. We did the preliminary photocopies and paperwork, went up to finance to discuss options and sign papers, and then hopped in the car! Chris is my go-to guy whenever I or anyone I know is looking for a BMW or Mini. I have referred several friends to Chris, and he's treated all of them with utmost respect and customer service. His price is always fair and won't hesitate to let you know what are the best incentives currently available. I can always take comfort in knowing I am dealing with a guy who's looking to build a long term relationship and not just make a quick buck.
