Chris Yuseco was great to work with, he ordered me the parts I needed very fast and with no problems. My girlfriend was also looking into purchasing a MINI and he was very helpful with sorting financing and finding the cheapest prices. He's always willing to help out to make the customer beyond satisfied.
I was very fortunate that Chris Yuseco helped me with the purchase of my new MINI. He was very patient and understanding while I described my perfect car. He also helped me to obtain it!! He is always friendly and welcoing whenever I come into the dealership and always remembers my name. I would recommend him anytime!
Alex was really awesome to work with and super knowledgable. It was a pleasure to see her every time I went in. And she got me a good deal!! I had a great experience at South Bay Mini!! The whole team was flexible and patient with me through the whole buying process. I would gladly buy another car there.
Why I am giving this rating is for 2 reasons. Yes, the obvious reason, Chris Yuseko put us in the car of our dreams. Yet number 2 is the reason we'll keep coming back. Chris Yuseco has blown our minds with exceptional service that we frankly never knew was available to normal people like us. It was the easiest and fastest experience ever. I work 9 to 5 and didn't have the time to visit the dealership till I was ready to sign. Amanda took care of everything and answered all my questions through the phone or email. When I went to pick up my new mini, all I had to do was sign. Quick and Easy. Also we talked to about 5 other dealerships and South Bay had the best deal! I love my new Mini!
Amanda and Christian are the some of the best MA's I've dealt with in buying my first MINI - very knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and down to earth. To date, I have never recommended any dealers to friends/family, not because they weren't friendly, but I just felt that I was just a 'number' on their sales target/quota. Dealing with Chris at South Bay Mini was like nothing I have ever experienced with a new car dealer before. He was straight with me all the way, there was no quibbling with price and then having a manager have to okay it, and he was very patient with me (allowing me to test drive the car twice and ask lots of dumb questions). My wife and I had visited a fair number of different dealerships looking for a small sporty car. When we went to South Bay Mini it was late on a weeknight and close to closing. Alex Do was the sales person that greeted us. She was very patient with our many questions. She showed us the inventory and gave us alot of space to explore and discuss things among ouselves.
