This is the best dealership for Mini Cooper and BMW because of Chris Yuseco. I have never meet a sales person like Chris. As soon as I walked in the dealership it never felt like he was trying to sell me a car. We talked alot about mini coopers and he even showed me his own mini. He took for a test drive and showed me everything to know about the mini. He gave me alot of good ideas on what to get in terms of making the mini my own. One of the best car buying experiences ever... Chris Yuseco was super helpful over the phone and in-person... I struck a deal over the phone. I showed up at the dealership 2 hours later, and my new baby was ready to go! I was in and out of the dealer in 90 minutes. AWESOME! CHRIS ROCKS!
Was a pleasure working with Chris. All questions answered quickly. After delivery, Chris helped with the addition of bonnet stripes and new shift knob. Nice to see his long term view of our purchase. Will be a future customer when the time arrives.

The salesperson I dealt with was Chris Yuseco. I was never pressured into buying a Mini. He answered every question I had and was very friendly. When I went to go visit Southbay Mini, I was really there just to browse. I was unsure if I wanted to buy a Mini Cooper and because of my dealer's experience and knowledge and more importantly ENTHUSIASM for Mini Coopers overall I was motivated and excited to drive one off the lot that night.
