I found my first internet contact to be very professional. From there on, the contacts and agreements to purchase my MINI Convertible were very pleasant and professional. My experience at Tom Bush was wonderful! Don Newell was extremely helpful with everything and I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a BMW. I purchased my first BMW, and it will definitely not be my last because of how genuinely nice everyone was.
My experience at Tom Bush from beginning to end has been completely enjoyable. All of the sales staff are courteous and genuinely care about my satisfaction. I purchase new cars every 3 years and I have to admit that this was my most pleasant transaction ever. I look forward to many more years of great service from the Tom Bush team. And by the way, my 650 convertible rocks!
From the beginning there was no pressure from the sales staff. Tom Caloia was great. He was very patient with us during the sale process and allowed us to drive the car and discuss it as we needed. Todd Thompson was great. He was very patient with us by allowing us to drive multiple cars before we decided on the JCW. We could not be more satisfied. I went over to Jacksonville to buy a mini. I live in Tallahassee. I had spoken with Todd a few times on the phone. I really liked his laid back attitude. He answered all my questions and was very informative. However he did not overwhelm me with car salesman pressure. He gave me information I needed and then let me make my own decisions. We met Tom at the car show and my husband got a card from him. My husband was impressed with the Mini Cooper and the answers Tom gave. A couple of weeks later we decided to trade in both our cars. Just got done cleaning my 'Beamer' :). So, I leased my first BMW a few days ago from this dealership and am more than happy with it. They gave me a great deal on 335i coupe. Georgian Sellers was my sales advisor and answered a ton of questions that i had as an engineer. I test drove different versions atlest 5 times on higway over the period of 4 hours and the fact that each time i had a question, it was answered with a smile, speaks volumes about this dealership.
