We have been customers with Tom Bush for over 10 years having leased or purchased 1 VW Beetle, a Mazda MX5, a BMW 330 convertible and now a BMW 335 hardtop convertible. The princing was always hassel free. Service was done correctly and on time and I am sure we will return when our Mazda's lease expires this November. Mark was very knowledgeable and informative about the vehicle. I felt like he really cared about making sure that I understood all of the functions of the vehicle and how they worked. I did not feel pressured at all, throughout the entire process, by anyone at that dealership. From start to finish it was a very pleasant process.

Very pleasant experience. Marco was very knowledgable about the products. Moreover, he was easy to work with. He focused on trying to address all of my questions/concerns and did not stop until I was completely satisfied. Marco conducted himself in a very classy manner at all times, reflecting well on the Tom Bush experience!

I was searching for my third MINI Cooper when I decided to give the dealership in Jacksonville a call. My local dealership did not have the model with the options I wanted in stock. I worked with Todd, who was just wonderful. He answered all of my questions and did a bit of research to help find the Cooper with the options I wanted.
