Tom Bush is the greatest car dealership ever! The service is great and the salesmen are knowledgeable, trusting, terrific, and always provide top-notch customer service! I have been buying amazing BMWs from them for 16 years and would NEVER go anywhere else in the U.S. to purchase my always-wonderful BMW. Go see Walt Pickens for a used car and Dan in new car sales -- awesome salesmen!

We had an excellent experience at Tom Bush BMW, our salesperson Giorgina, who is new to the dealership was extremely knowledgable and helpful. We loved the fact that she was not pushy just genuinely there to help and offer advise. We would definitely do business there again and have already referred her personally to our family who is also in the market for a bmw.

This is our 6th BMW from this dealership. Chuck Hollis has been very courteous, professional, friendly. We have always enjoyed buying at Tom Bush in jacksonville and will continue to do so.

This is my 4th car purchased new from Tom Bush Dealership because I do not want to leave the Dealership....also am enjoying the experience of Mini's and now BMW products....I am currently enjoying the New 650i CV and look forward to my next one!

After much Internet searching, then three visits to Tom Bush Mini, with numerous test drives in the 2012 Countryman, and Countryman S; then countless e-mails filled with questions, I have to say that my salesperson (Tom Caloia) was not only a wealth of knowledge, but so incredibly patient. I never once felt as though I was being pressured (that's HUGH for me). I never once was made to feel as if I were a pain-in-the-neck with my dozens of questions (again, HUGH to me!). Our Sales person was very friendly, has terrific product knowledge, and tried to exceed our expectations with his service. The F&I department handled my paper work without any "glitches" and made the process very easy. The Only negative to the purchase experience was a mechanical issue with this particular new 535I. At time of actual delivery there was a whining noise from the engine compartment. My sales person immediately returned the car to the dealer shop where in a crankshaft seal repair was made.
