I have purchased three cars from Tom Bush. My most recent purchase was about a month ago. The salespeople there seem to be very knowledgable about the wide variety of inventory they have. Their pre-owned cars are always very clean. I have had no problems with service (although I use my salesman to schedule appointments) and whenever I need a car because one of my cars is in service, they seem more than willing to loan me a vehicle. Highly professional. Friendly. Accomendating. It was a wonderful experience. Very competent people from sales person,sales manager to finance manager. Tom Bush upper mangement should be very proud of the people working for them. My family and I will definitely come back to Tom Bush for our future purchases.
I have purchased two BMW's and a MINI from Tom Bush and every experience has been top notch! Every employee I have had contact with has exceeded my expectations of what a car dealer should do for their customers. I get preferential treatment when making appointments for service and they manage to always get me in right away. I have had to have my cars in service a few times and my car has always been washed when it was returned to me! I will continue to do business with Tom Bush with mynext car purchase!
The attention to detail was amazing...everything they said they would do and the rates were exactly that. There was no haggling and I found them to be honest and that was refreshing. They walked me through every aspect of the finance and contract...as well as introducing me to the service team as well. GREAT JOB
easy to schedule appointment online and it actually worked in 30 seconds I had an appt, confrimed at 10 pm, serv advisor was freindly work completed on time
No updates on the progress, I had to reach out to find out the part wasn’t in stock. Was ready after the promised day. Pick up was smooth and the cashier was very nice or rating would be lower.

"Don't go to Tom Bush BMW. It's been more than 2 months..." Don't go to Tom Bush BMW. It's been more than 2 months since I purchased my car and I still don't have a tag or title. The amount of time I have wasted with them is well worth the drive to Orlando to go to a dealer with a competent staff. At this point it would have been cheaper for me to drive across the country and buy a car then to do business with Tom Bush BMW.

When I signed papers for my purchase, the sale manager advised I had to pay around 100.00 to extend my 3 year service on vehicle. Was unclear of the process for my first oil change.
