Just picked up my new 2018 540i M Sport from getting tinted, and I really can’t say enough about the level of excellence in Sales (Kevin Choi & John Bosco) & Service (Jason Keefe). In 2015, I purchased a 2013 528i that was a CPO and the service has always been incredible. For the last 3 years, these 3 guys have spoiled me rotten and now they’ve got me for 3 more. RecommendedYes, my service rep Reesh Ismail took care of me from the moment i sat down at his desk til i came and picked up my car. Even though he was super busy he always made sure i was taken care even when waiting for my loaner and then when my car was returned! Hands down best customer service you could get or find!
Parker is a fantastic service advisor. I highly recommend him. I have had my mini serviced at Mini of Dallas since 2011. And I couldn’t be more pleased. Even with the renovation upheaval, they haven’t missed a beat at giving outstanding service.
My service rep, John Berry was very helpful throughout my visit. He kept me informed and updated me as needed. Even suggested a great lunch spot and walked me to the short cut around the remodel construction. MyMINI is happy to be running great again with no check engine worries. Thanks John & MINI of Dallas!
