Service Department Lied To Me I am very unhappy with what happened at this dealership after I started a new lease on a mini cooper. Quality Product and Repair, Mediocre Service! I expected better customer service than what I received at a flagship store. I understand every customer service rep has there priority customers. However, I also know that you cant look at someone and know what kind of customer they will become. Still waiting for a call back from Mr. Rodriguez After the worst experience ever buying a luxury vehicle from Long Beach BMW and writing my previous review. To sum up. I am still waiting for Mr Rodriguez to call back. His promise was to call me a week later about the second key for the car that seems to have been lost by the dealership.
