Awful used car buying experience Despite having pre-approval from our credit union, we were made to wait over 3 hours(!!) to get a purchase order drawn up, while all manner of games were played to try and run our credit and attempt to steal the loan for themselves. Worst Experience Ever Perry Guida was the only saving grace for Long Beach BMW. I went to purchase a 2017 Mercedes Benz GLC 300, the car was in exceptional condition. T haggling process was normal. Service review- Not so great ?Never Again? I never write reviews, but I felt I needed to do this. I took my vehicle for service because the Air condition was not working properly. I was told the the issue was an electrical problem causing the fan not to turn on. A week after it was serviced the air conditioning went out again and I brought it back to the dealership. Change oil My appointment was at 400 pm when I arrived they have to check since they can?t fond my name. Waited for 10 mins. The service advisor told me that I need to do micro air filter 135$. Check the service light, grease up all the parts, check the fluids and much more for 185$. Change oil which I?m scheduled to do 134$. She told me they she will give me time to think. What a nightmare I did not realize quite how bad of an experience I had with this dealership until I traded in my BMW (today). In working with the new dealership and financing options, I came to find out that BMW failed to inform me of a warranty pro-rated reimbursement that I was entitled to (several thousand dollars) AND they sold me a warranty that is non-cancelable, without informing me (another several thousand dollars that I would normally be entitles but now will be lost). Poor Customer Service I have been taking my car to this dealer for repairs for a few years and 9 times outta 10 the service sucks. I even considered buying a car from them once but that was a nightmare and I went somewhere else. Friday at 7:30am - I took my car in for service (oil change and new tires) - today Monday after not hearing from them Friday or Saturday, I called them around 12 to find out what is going on with my car and after being put on hold and speaking with a rude girl answering the phone - I hung up.
Discouraged! The sales man had such a rude demeanor. When we asked to speak to a manager a different manager approached us; mind you the place was quite empty yet they claimed to have 4 managers on site. They said one thing then once we agreed to a deal , they came up with other things, lying to us. Worst customer service!
3 Series repaiirs Anthony Moore was the service adviser. He explained what the trouble, what work needed to be remedy the problem and that it was covered under my emissions warranty.
Long Beach BMW is Dishonest Dealership This is a horrible dealership. We purchased a 2015 320i BMW a couple of months ago for my son. He was recently rear-ended and the other insurance company took 100% responsibility. I approached them about a diminished value settlement as the car is not worth as much without a clean CarFax. The insurance company declined our request showing us that this vehicle was in a previous accident in 2015 and sent paperwork to prove it.
