Drama every time! They will ALWAYS FIND MORE service to be done on your car. Covid-19 cases at this service and dealership. Protocols not followed, careless!! Ready to turn my BMW in, I never had these problem at other dealers. Do BETTER Long Beach BMW.

Bmw 320 Went to do oil change and tire air check tire not even check carwashed only half front side back was so dirty try ask new car option to lease sales person not really care talk each other laugh with other agent not good experience firstime in bmw dealer I will change to different location to go next tome

BMW 328i vibration issue Took my car into the dealership complaining about slight vibration. Determined that right rear wheel was out of balance. No crazy repairs. Had them change oil and bleed brakes, and everything was completed in the same day.

Long Beach BMW dealership They were hassling to sell un-necessary parts in middle of repair to make more sale .

Ed, Buyer Spoke to the Internet sales person by phone after locating a vehicle. She offered a New 2019 X5 for 50K. Upon my visit, it was her day off and the finance folks would not honor her quote. They first offered it at 57K and then said the best they could do was 3K over the price. We attempted as did they to contact her. Well, it has now been all week long and she has not returned my call or text. So, no truth, no sales, no recommendation. I am very sad to see old tactics when serving customers. Service Dept poor communication Had my X5 serviced and need a small repair completed. They omitted the repair and forget to tell me the service Dept closed at 5 when they told me my car was ready at 4:35. Very poor communication. Repair not complete and no follow up.

No call back. Still not taking responsibility No call back. Still not taking responsibility by Barry Citron from Long Beach May 20, 2020 I did the research. Common problem from the airbag recall. No other way could the solenoid in the glove box can malfunction like that. Dealer says its not their fault and wants $500 to fix the glove box. The tech said the 5 point inspection was done. I dont believe it. Should have seen the car was also low on engine oil. Manager said he would call me. I'm still waiting. I expect more from B... read more
