"Honest and fair." I have been using this dealer since I purchased my X1 used, They have always been fair, and honest. 4000 out of warranty the valve cover needed to be replaced and I was appalled at the price. The service manager was able to work with me to bring the cost down to what I could easily afford. "BMW Service" Took my 2011 328i for required/needed service. Spoke with Matt Clark, who has been my regular service advisor for the last 7 years since I bought the vehicle. As always, Matt explained to me what was needed, listened to some additional service concerns I had and explained what was and was not needed. Matt always makes the vehicle service experience the best possible. Matt Clark is simply the best service advisor at BMW of Monrovia!
