"Engine light on service" Took my 2019 X3 in, 2 days ago, for a covered service repair. Service Advisor, Ryan Thay, acted professionally and performed excellently in handling and getting the problem fixed. It was well worth the wait. I highly recommend him to anybody who would need to have their BMW car for any type of service. Leonardo
"Vehicle Service" I took my BMW to get serviced and Service adviser Caroline Jonathan was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. The service was done quickly and I had my car back with in a few hours. I was so happy with the service and my experience there..

"328i oil change service" Excellent customer service!! The technician Jorge Solis was very personable, helpful and responsive. Jorge even went in on his day off to make sure customer service needs are covered. Now that is one dedicated employee and customer service at excellent. I would return to this location anytime and would highly recommend this dealer to anyone. Great coffee too -(:

"Service for my BMW was exemplary" Service advisor Caroline Jonathan truly went above and beyond to ensure that my 328 Wagon was taken care of. Many times reviews gloss over the advisor and neglect to note that this individual and the way he/she communicates with the owner is truly important. Needless to say, everything was handled and exceeded my expectations. Quite different from the Assael BMW days I will note, it is much much better now.
"Recent Service and a plug for Bruce Harris in Sales" This is by far the best Service Dept. I've ever been too!! Matt Clark was my service adviser and I can't tell you what a relief it was to have someone so honest. I went to another "convenient for me" BMW dealership before, and boy, did I get ripped off :(. "Very happy for the service on our BMW 330i. " Greg Hernandez respectfully explained to us what needs to be done and received the car on the promised time. He answered our concern on what might happen after I left the car running and he said that it will continue running even I am away from the car.
"Took so long" Sorry if I answered no because I was there for almost 3 hours just for an oil change. But overall service was great because my wife was happy her car was wash.
