"Service on 2014 BMW I3" This was my second visit to BMW of Monrovia and it was even better than the first. My service advisor Matt Clark greeted me in the morning went through the checklist with me and had a ride waiting for me as we finished. I was out the door in 20 minutes. That afternoon Matt called to notify me that my car was done and I could come by to pick it up. When I arrived I learned that everything was covered under warranty (service and a ripped seal).
