"Wait time is ridiculous " Overall service department clean and pleasant environment. Pick-up wait time was way over 30 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. Car was parked right at front of line. Had to ask for keys aft a 30 minute wait in lounge. Service advisor was knowledgeable and pleasant. Gave multiple updates which was greatly appreciated.
"Great staff!" I just recently bought my bmw 335i here, when I found it at autotrader I was contacted by Brian Warner and everything went from there. Brian made me feel welcomed and he was very respectful to me, he gave me a very good deal that I couldn’t pass on, so if you’re looking for new or used, car I highly reco Brian Warner.

""Customer First"" Very professional and friendly staff. From the friendly call to schedule my service all the way to pick up. greeted by a smile upon my arrival. Tim was polite and ran down all the services that would be done. look at my history and gave me the true facts of what was needed and what could wait. One place where the customer experience is great. Not often you get this at a car servicing repair shop.
"GO TOOOOOOOOOOO CAROLINA" Carolina is the best Service adviser i have been taking my car to Carolina for the last couple years and have never been disappointed. She is hands down the best service adviser i have worked with my entire life. If you want the job done go to Carolina.
