"Amazing Experience" My service at BMW was amazing. From the time I called to schedule the appointment, to getting there, to my service guy (Jaime), to Lily who gave me a ride back to my office. To the wonderful refreshments available (water, cappuccino, etc.). Within 2 hours, incredibly, my car was ready. They came to pick me up, took me to get my car, and couldn't have been nicer. THIS is why I can't move away from BMW! It's the car AND the service.

"Excellent service" I have appointment for Thursday but i had a change of schedule at work. They gave me off on Tuesday so i went to the dealer and tried to fix my car two days before my appointment. I explain the situation to my advisor and he was able to work with me in order to have my car fixed that they. He told me it might take longer time. I left and he made sure i got updated. He Called me to ket me know when they started the work in my car, he called me 20 min before it get done.
