"I was a Saturday tow-in" Two days ago I hit a pothole acceleratng down an on ramp to the 210 resulting in a gash in my left front tire. At the nearest gas station, air hissed out as I tried to inflate it and I got a tow to BMW of Monrovia. It was a busy Saturday, however I was helped right away by courteous, professional staff. "Scheduled the service for my 740i" I was very satisfied with my service adviser Caroline Jonathan. She was very patient to help me state the problems of the car and arrange the schedule when I sent in my car, and explained the work they had done when I picked up the car, very happy with her service.

"Scheduled routine maintenance. " Our service advisor was Greg Hernandez. He was very helpful in scheduling all work that we needed and making sure it would be covered under our service plan. He also communicated with us promptly.

"Abby is AMAZING!!!" I came in here after searching for a good car for about a year. I was looking for a 3 series BMW.
