"Love this place " I always have the greatest experience when I come to the Mini Cooper in Monrovia for service. All the employees are great but this time Jason was exceptional. He has such great customer service and is very friendly. I really enjoyed listening to what he had to say. He is very knowledgeable. I don’t mind the waiting or the drive there. Thank you Jason.

"Great prompt service , with a smile. " Prompt service, got car back when promised, car was washed. Had loaner as promised, was easy and fast obtaining loaner, was clean and had plenty of gas. Matt Clark always helpful, great attitude, friendly & very knowledgeable.

"My Service Adviser is better than yours!! " Matt Clark is my service advisor and I will only trust him with making sure my vehicle gets serviced. He ensures my check in and out time is seem less and hassel free he keeps me updated on the status of car throughout the day and let’s me know if there are any changes with the service that is needed. "Great service!" Service was faster than expected. Always wonderful customer service. Glad I got the engine bay wash. Caroline is a great service advisor, highly recommend her to be your adivisor. She explained everything to me clearly and I was satisfied with my vehicle when I picked it up.
"First Mini Service" I really appreciated how easy and painless it was to schedule and perform the service. In addition I ordered a part (new key) from parts department 2 days prior to service. I was so happy that the parts department was able to get my new key and have it programmed same day as my service. No wait times while dropping off was a big plus.
